Why you should be using repetition in your songs

  We all like to hear a good song whether its a rock song, edm song or classical music. One thing is certain each memorable song we love to sing along to in the car or hum at the mall or at work. Maybe a song got stuck in your head while driving to work and you have been thinking about that same song all day long. Maybe you were at a underground club and heard some of the best trance songs in your life. You then go home  but, there is this one song that still has been playing over and over in your head.  Repetition Why does this happen it happens because of  repetition. In music composers utilize many forms of repetition and variations of repetition to get the listener hooked to a song and it works. Once you are hooked to the song you want to buy the album,the single you buy future albums.Eventually you fall in love with the  band and see them in concert. Better yet your song that you produce goes viral and you sell multiple copies or back then you'd go platinum. Now

                                           Djing is fun Djing can be a great way to escape from it all during this pandemic. With everyone sheltering in place and it seems as though there is nothing to do. There is something to do. You can DJ.  I made this short video for newbies who never have even mixed before with Ableton. You may have thought it was for something else. Maybe you thought it was just for mashups or doing remixes or producing or whatever. I am here to tell you it is just as perfect for doing your DJ sets.
